Snow Day - HMNS

We went to the Houston Museum of Natural Science for their Snow Day today. Grandma went with us and we met Kennedy's friend Hannah and her mom. The kids had lots of fun, but we've had enough snow for a while. We're all ready for lake weather again!

Here is a video of the snow that a coworker took from our office this morning. The video doesn't do it justice though - it was really coming down hard...but don't you love the palm trees in the background?!! (and yes, that is what I have to look at while I'm working every day)

Snow Day!!!

It snowed ALL day long today. It started around 8 this morning and didn't stop until around 6ish. My office closed at 2 so I got the kids and brought one of Kennedy's friends, Hannah, all home to play some. They had a blast. A week ago I bought tickets to HMNS snow day - so we get to do it all again tomorrow!

Boat Barn Progress

It's blue because it was sold as overstock and saved lots of money. It's huge - you could fit a cessna in it! But we'll stick with the boats (and lots of other stuff from the garage).

Soccer Season Ends

We made it through our first season of soccer. The kids had a lot of fun but I think they're ready to try something different. Cooper wants to take Karate and Kennedy wants to take "ballerina." Anyway, the team went to Berryhill's to receive their trophies and medals after the game.

Halloween is officially over

finally! The school carnival was yesterday. And it was a blast - ferris wheel, train ride, face painting, balloon making, pizza, hot dogs, and on and on and on...can't wait for the Christmas party!!!
