Jumpin' Jaks!

Kennedy had her Third birthday party this weekend. Can you believe she's 3 already? The kids played and played and had a great time! And we didn't have to do anything! Don't you just love Jumpin' Jaks parties?

Shopping in San Marcos

We had planned a trip of shopping at the outlet mall in San Marcos this weekend. The shopping didn't work out to great, but the trip to the park did. The kids had tons of playing with mommy and grandma!

Tile

Here is the very start of the tile in the Laundry room. More tile pics to come soon hopefully.

Floors

The wood flooring is just about in through the house. They look great, but will really look good when they are all finished. Things are really starting to come along, and we are sure to be in by the end of May, but hopefully sooner!

Hair cut

Cooper got his second haircut today. Look at how handsome he is now.

A Yard!

The yard has been cleaned up and the kids finally have a place to play! And the weather has been nice enough for them to enjoy it as well. They also finally have the proper equipment to help Daddy with the house......tool belts!

Moving the Woodmaster

It took all 3 of them, but they got the woodmaster moved into the house. Now Chad can get started on his next project. And check out that dry wall!! Taped and floated! We might have a house soon.
