we've been talking about it for a while...today, we finally planted a garden. chad and cooper formed it up while kennedy and shea went to a dessert party. then, chad, the kids, and marshall planted the seeds. there are tomato plants, cucumbers, bell peppers, green beans, squash...maybe other stuff. we're hoping for some yummy veggies!

Zoo
We went to the zoo today...no school. It was a little cold outside but with the sun out, it made great weather for the animals to be out. It was lots of fun. Then we went and had lunch with Daddy and then went to visit our old school. That was fun and everyone was so glad to see the kids. Here are some pictures of our zoo trip..

Valentine's Day
We tried to celebrate Valentine's day with a repeat of last weekend. The weather wasn't quite as nice but the beer was just as cold! The kids had a blast playing with some boxes from an early morning trip to Costco.
February 13, 2009-Valentine's Day at School
The school hosted a breakfast for all the parents and the kids on Friday. And the kids had their Valentine's party. Later that night, they found a sailor's hat and flipped it down to be like Mimi!

Playing with our Friend
Kennedy had her friend, Olivia, over today. Cooper played along with the girls, but was wiped out by the end of the day!
Beautiful February Day!!
It was way too pretty on Saturday to do any work so we spent the day outside..we went to this little place in the neighborhood. There was only one other person there so we had the run of the place. It was really nice and relaxing. And Chad and Shea enjoyed the cold beer!
