Like father like son

It seems Cooper has learned a thing or two from Chad already. He's now insisting on having his sippy cup in a koozie, and even going double fisted. I guess he's got quite a thirst, and we wouldn't want his milk or juice getting warm, now would we?

The Third and Final Floor

These are the stairs to the third floor.

This is the third floor. It will be attic space for now, but eventually it will be Chad's office.

These are the stairs from the garage. We finally have stairs to get into the house!

Kennedy is looking at the pictures right now pointing out "my room, and Cooper's room, and Mommy's room..."

The kids were home this week looking out the window and Kennedy was yelling "HI BUILDER MAN! THANKS FOR BUILDING MY HOUSE BUILDER MAN! HELLOOOOOOOOO BUILDER MAN!!" She would beat on the window and keep yelling. I guess she's ready to have her own room!

Very Exciting Pictures

Here are some very exciting pictures of......plumbing. This is what Chad spent the weekend working on.
At least Chad did all of that climbing around under the house before all of the rain came today.

And of course even the plumbing gets a closer to being able to move in!

Two down, and one to go! They've just about finished the 2nd floor framing. Kennedy and Cooper got to see their own rooms! You can really see what it is going to be like now.

Fun in the Sun

Kennedy and Cooper got to go to Palm Beach in Galveston yesterday. They had lots of fun, though Cooper didn't want to get in the water until it was time to go home. Too bad Daddy couldn't come.
